Roots on Railroad is a derailed food truck serving exceptionally delicious lunch and dinner seven days a week right in downtown Paso Robles. Chef/Owner Chris Beckett has poured himself into Roots on Railroad, the first solo endeavor of his 20+ year career. He presents a creative and fresh “street-food-esk” menu of housemade items - right down to the sauces and dressings.
